Fab-Tech Adds New Design Engineer

Welcoming Design Engineer Mike Lucy

FTI_Mike Lucy Fab-Tech is pleased to announce it has added Design Engineer, Mike Lucy, to its growing roster of engineers.

Prior to joining Fab-Tech, Mike held the position of Design Engineer with Cascades Containerboard in Schenectady, New York, where he worked on design innovations for the packaging and containers industry.

Previously, Mike completed his Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering at SUNY Polytechnic Institute and held an internship designing fully automated manufacturing systems with Abacus Automation, Inc. in Bennington, Vermont.

Mike relocated to Vermont for his position at Fab-Tech, stating "I decided I wanted to return home to the Green Mountain State, and was delighted to get an opportunity here in Colchester to join the team at Fab-Tech."

In addition to his Mechanical Engineering education and early career path, Mike maintains relevant skills in Solid Works, AutoCAD, Matlab, and is a certified SAP Materials Management Super User. On the side, Mike enjoys snowboarding, hiking and golfing.
