The DFS High Purity Nitrogen (HPN₂) Pressure Control and Filtration Skid enables pressure regulation and particle capture between large facility purifiers and semiconductor fab distribution. The compact design of this system minimizes gas pad or purifier room space required, while preserving ergonomic operation and maintenance access. Pre-engineered options practically eliminate design time, minimize lead-times, and reduce installation cost and schedule. Our Utility Nitrogen Bulk Gas systems are configurable to customer’s needs from field-proven base designs. DFS Bulk Gas Equipment is delivered as a complete factory-tested packaged system.

Our Utility Nitrogen Bulk Gas systems are configurable to customer’s needs from field-proven base designs.

The DFS High Purity Nitrogen (HPN₂) Purifier Bypass Skid enables automatic bypass of large facility nitrogen purifiers to ensure continuity of supply to semiconductor fab distribution. This bulk gas skid is a compact design that minimizes gas pad or room purifier space. The skid is delivered as a turn-key factory-tested system.

Decade In Review

August 12, 2019 was a major milestone in the life of DFS, as it marked our 10th anniversary. Ten years prior Fred Elsey and Darren Willey fully invested themselves and initiated the journey toward establishing DFS as a leader in chemical blending and distribution equipment. Their vision and effort created the foundation for what we know of DFS today and where it is positioned for the future.  

In recognition of this milestone, we'd like to highlight some of the many achievements that have occurred over the course of the first 10 years of our journey as a company.

DFS  AC_vFLO™ Gas Delivery Systems Set a new standard in Gas Cabinet Technology

To serve today’s Semiconductor gas market; DFS employs advanced technical knowledge, build capacity, and programming expertise to develop game-changing gas delivery systems. 

The AC_vFLO™ High Purity Gas Cabinet System has advanced functionality and capabilities not seen in the Semiconductor industry to date.

These advancements include an open, fully integrated PLC and HMI panel, with connectivity and networkability, operational sequences, and automated pressure control.

DFS designs and manufactures high-purity chemical, gas and slurry blending and distribution systems for high tech customers worldwide. DFS recently licensed SEBO to manufacture DFS blending and distribution systems for certain Asian semiconductor markets. SEBO is currently building a state of the art factory in Korea to manufacture the systems.

In Recognition of Paul Lyons - DFS Fluid Management Systems Engineer

Paul Lyons, one of the first employees of Diversified Fluid Solutions, has left the company to take an engineering position elsewhere. 

"Paul was a critical contributor in building DFS to where it is today, due to his knowledge, technical skill and passion for creating the best fluid blending and distribution systems possible," said Fred Elsey, CEO of DFS. "Paul's dedication started when we were just getting off the ground and he has been a key factor in making DFS a leading supplier of advanced fluid management systems to the semiconductor industry."
