Highlights From The SWI-MA local MFG Day job fair event
We had an excellent turn-out at our exhibit for the Southwest Idaho Manufacturers Alliance (SWI-MA) MFG Day 2018 Job Fair. The "Made Here!" Expo and Job Fair, hosted by SWI-MA was a perfect opportunity to meet and interact with attendees, students, fellow manufacturers, and the public at large. Our employees put together a comprehensive multimedia display about our high-purity gas and chemical blending and distribution products, innovations, career opportunities and culture.
From left to right: Director of Operations; Tom Young, Human Resources & Safety Specialist; Nicole Blocker and Project Manager; Dave Jones were on-site representing DFS at the expo.
It was a pleasure meeting the many visitors who stopped to gather information at our booth.
Posters, videos, brochures, and system components were all on display...
...inspiring the next generation of engineers.
Lot's of great questions, and equally great answers.
Including visits from educational centers, career placement organizations and the general public, the "Made Here!" event attracted more than 1,500 attendees and over 75 exhibitors. DFS is proud to participate in this type of community oriented and industry-advocating exposition and we thank everyone who joined us.
