CMP Slurry Blending and Distribution System Successfully Installed in Southeast Asia
On October 1st, Diversified Fluid Solutions and Exyte Services Singapore celebrated with our customer the successful installation and start-up of the first in a series of DFS CMP Slurry Blending and Distribution systems.

The system is now live and feeding the process tools. This is the first of several currently being delivered and installed, merely months from the time they were ordered earlier this year.
