DFS Celebrates Start-Up of First Patented POU Blender with Reverse Mass Balance in the Field

Diversified Fluid Solutions is pleased to announce that the first use-case of our patented Reverse Mass Balance Point Of Use (POU) Blender is now operational in the field. The RMB system is tested, proven, operational, and blending in specification for a valued customer in the mountain region.

DFS Fusion™ RMB Blender represents a paradigm shift in blending technology, offering an innovative approach that stands out from traditional methods typically used in OEM tools (i.e. point-of-use blending). By utilizing an active and reverse-calculating mass balance system, the RMB Blender delivers a host of benefits that improve accuracy, reduce costs, and provide greater control over chemical processes.

Key Advantages of the RMB Blender:

  1. Just-In-Time Blending:

    • Flexible Configurations: Receive and blend two or more chemical solutions, catering to multiple recipes and constituents. This flexibility ensures it can adapt to various operational needs and demands.
