Darren Willey

Darren Willey is President of Diversified Fluid Solutions LLC. Darren co-founded the company in 2009 and has been instrumental in cultivating this group of highly talented Design Engineers and Industry Craftspeople into the successful company it is today. Darren continues to direct Diversified Fluid Solutions growth with a focus on maintaining the highest product standards and the flawless service and support required to meet the expectations of their world-class customers. Darren has over 22 years of experience in the semiconductor industry operating, designing and manufacturing chemical systems. Prior to Diversified Fluid Solutions Darren held various positions at Micron Technology in chemical systems production, steadily advancing his position to Chemical Systems R&D Department Supervisor, gaining extensive experience in tool installations, operations and maintenance coordination, schedules, specifications (writing and maintaining), new system chemical system design, tool retrofits, tool/system chemical solutions, and global system installations. Darren proudly served in the US Air Force from 1985-89 as a Crew Chief on SR71’s and U2 Reconnaissance Aircraft, holds a Specialty Electrical License for the State of Idaho and a Associates of Applied Science Degree from the Community College of the Air force in Airframe and Power Plant Technologies.

Versatile On-Demand Chemical Blender is a Big Hit with Semiconductor Manufacturer

DFS recently developed and released a compact SC-1, 3 part blender, for a large Semiconductor Manufacturer. The Standard Clean Solution #1 (SC-1) process involves a sequence of cleaning steps using “standard” solutions and employs a mixture of ammonium hydroxide (NH4OH), hydrogen peroxide (H2O2), and DI water (H2O).  The system enables recipe customization through an HMI with verified authorization.
