Celebrating New Offsite Modular Construction Facility in Czechia

NEHP Inc. is pleased to announce that we have taken possession of our newest off-site manufacturing center in Usti nad Labem in Czechia, north of Prague and near the growing semiconductor hub of Dresden, Germany. This new 11k square meter facility gives NEHP CZ the ability to support the European markets with off-site construction and large scale modular assemblies.

In nearby Dresden, Germany, groundwork has begun on a new turnkey semiconductor fab project where NEHP will be building the modular subfab assemblies. The construction site entails a massive excavation within an extremely constrained project area. The lack of any yard or lay down has made off-site prefabrication that much more important to the client. NEHP is currently working on preconstruction for the subfab scope with our partners in the Exyte project team. This project will be a turnkey fab with Exyte as the general contractor, and the subfab modularization done by NEHP from our new dedicated OSM facility in Utsi nad Labem.

Our new OSM facility comes equipped with dedicated exterior bridge crane for modular load out and large piping loads incoming, has a three story office complex with tons of great space, and a commuter rail stop in front for our new workforce. Very impressive work by the Czech developer! We signed the lease in April of 23 and we're already moving in. Having done two similar facilities in the US in the past two years, this was by far the fastest and smoothest construction!
