Fab-Tech is pleased to announce Jake Conner has accepted the position of Vice President of Operations. In this role Jake will lead an increased focus on Safety, LEAN visual practices, and Operational efficiency as our product mix evolves with the addition of growing share in the Wastewater Treatment market.
Jake will be responsible for maintaining and expanding our best-in-class manufacturing and operational processes in our Vermont and Arizona facilities. This includes increasing our capacity to assure a continued track record of on-time delivery of the highest-quality products to our growing customer base.
Jake joined Fab-Tech Inc. in 2007 in a Purchasing role before being promoted to Purchasing Manager and subsequently serving as Director of Operations. He was later promoted to Corporate Vice President of Supply Chain, bringing best practices across the entire CPS Group. Jake has now transferred from the Corporate VP Supply Chain role to re-join Fab-Tech as VP of Operations.
