Wet Scrubber Basics and How They Process Semiconductor Gases

Wet scrubbers are air pollution control devices that use liquid (typically water or a chemical solution) to remove specific molecules (water soluble and reactive gases) from exhaust gases before they are released into the general exhaust system.

AIRGARD CELEBRATES USPTO Notice of Allowance FOR ITS Advanced heated gas inlet device (U.S. PUB NO. US2022/0349659 A1)

Airgard is pleased to announce that it has received a Notice of Allowance from the USPTO for its innovative Concentrically Heated Inlet Tube for Gas Scrubbing Apparatus. Congratulations to the Airgard team of inventors named on the patent, Dan Messineo, Husain Lohawala and Mark Johnsgard.

Airgard and Exyte Continue To Develop Services Collaboration

Exyte Services Singapore personnel recently installed an Airgard point-of-use gas scrubber at a semiconductor fab in Singapore, demonstrating a growing ability to leverage Exyte's global presence to insource commissioning which has so far been conducted by external parties.

In order to best serve our valued clients in the semiconductor manufacturing industry and to ensure that we continue to provide our world class air scrubber systems dependably, Airgard has established additional manufacturing capabilities outside of our Milpitas factory located in the Silicon Valley. We feel this is the next step in our growth trajectory as a global provider of Point of Use (POU) wet and wet-burn-wet scrubber systems.
